Students can take educational counseling and discuss any problems they have which include course consultation for study abroad, speak with academic advisors daily in a relaxed environment. Even while studying overseas, students are able to remain in constant communication with their academic advisors through monthly reports. MESSAGE

FROM THE STUDENTS

First- and Second-Year Students
(Before Studying Abroad)

Thanks to this system,
I can confidently take on diverse
university experiences!

I am currently enrolled in the curator course as well as the GLAP program. During after-school hours, I not only complete assignments and prepare for presentations but also work as an intern four days a week. I needed to create a daily plan; however, I was able to gain substantial knowledge and experience simultaneously . Every semester, we have an interview with an academic advisor, providing an opportunity to discuss our current class situations. During that time, I shared my overall schedule for both the GLAP and the curator course curriculum to receive specific advice. When I attended the council at UN Geneva, I received significant support from advisors and managed to catch up on classes without any serious issues.

Academic advisors are
a reliable presence in student life
whom you can consult about anything.

I was able to consult with my Academic Advisor regarding application of the Study Abroad Institution as well as application on scholarships. With their desiccation to support making my plan during the time abroad and preparation on interviews, I was able to win the scholarship. During my study abroad, I reported on my local living environments and received feedback on assignments, enabling myself to apply knowledge gained in Japan to my studies there. After returning, I consulted about choosing a field of study and careers after graduation, receiving concrete advice-such as now I could take courses in other fields even after selecting my major. When I was uncertain about graduate school, they provided detailed support based on real experience, guiding me through selecting a graduate program and creating a research plan, which helped solidify my vision for further studies.
